The rapid development of technology has forced educational and training institutions to implement virtual training among staff to improve work productivity and quality. Nowadays, virtual training is essential to be implemented in a world where covid-19 pandemic outbreaks are spreading. The concept of virtual training that can be implemented anywhere and anytime is very appropriate. To ensure that virtual training is more useful, the role of training practitioners in determining the design of training should be emphasized in designing virtual training. Trainee characteristics such as trainee autonomy and computer self-efficacy should be available for all trainees who follow virtual training to implement virtual training more effectively. Virtual training's effectiveness plays an important role and has a massive impact on stakeholders, especially employees and organizations. The effectiveness of virtual training can bring about changes in the organization, including increasing employee productivity, which ultimately positively impacts the organization.
