This study was conducted to examine the level of awareness of women, especially female teachers, regarding their responsibilities and rights in family and work institutions. The main objective of the study is to identify the level of awareness of female teachers regarding the concept of rights and responsibilities in Islam, rights and responsibilities in the household, as well as rights and responsibilities in their careers. Using a quantitative approach, questionnaires were distributed to 81 female teachers as respondents selected by the researcher. The findings of the study show a high level of awareness about the concept of rights and responsibilities in Islam, the household, and career, but a lack of understanding about the equality of rights and responsibilities of men and women in the concept of Islam. This high awareness
is important to ensure a balance between family and professional duties, as well as to avoid the psychological stress that working women often face. This study also discusses women's empowerment efforts carried out at national and global levels, emphasizing the importance of understanding rights and responsibilities to achieve gender equality and women's well-being.
